Life After Racing
The USTA has long recognized the importance of Standardbred aftercare and established the Standardbred Equine Program in 1996 to encourage the use of Standardbreds in disciplines other than harness racing. SEP has partnered with several national organizations to promote the breed and recognize the many talented horses that are competing away from the racetrack.
